Received a message from these guys leaving this number repeatedly.  Sometimes I get 5 or more calls in a row.  The caller ID on my cell phone comes up as 0000 and at work the caller ID comes up as either +0000000000 or +133 or caller ID blocked and no numbers.  Pretty much my VM states that they need me or my retained attorney of record to call them at 818-538-9546 at their hotline division, not to disregard the call.  Now if I do not return the call all they can do is wish me the best of luck as my situation unfolds.  and have a blessed day. I find it quite funny their words and accent.  The names c****e often, the one recently is Jim Smith.  I filed for bankruptcy and the guy didn't want to hear that at all.  The onetime I did talk to them the guy wasn't making any sense.  I was purposely asking my questions over and over a***n just worded different, his answers didn't match.  I asked for so****ing in the mail and he stated he would send the police.  I have been receiving these calls now for atleast 4 months.  sometimes I have had 14 missed calls from them but only 2 VMs.  *just roll my eyes.

I have been getting calls from these people non-stop. Unfortunately, I do have an unpaid payday loan from a few years back....so, I didn't dismiss this immediately because I haven't gotten anything in the mail from the company I do owe. I was threatened with jail, wage garnishment, and a freeze on my student grants/loans. I listened to them and told them I just didn't have it at this time (glad I didn't have it after reading all this). This was last summer that they said I was going to jail. Tonight, they called my work number. I have debt from the past (really long story). How am I supposed to differentiate who is legit and who isn't? Even the legitimate debts are switched from one company to another making it a c**** to try to get square with the right people.

It is illegal for them to threaten you with jail, physical harm etc.  They are breaking the law by not notifying you via the mail.  They have to give you an address, toll free number, name, name of business etc.  Look up laws under the Fair Collection Act.  Notify your attorney general ASAP.  We have to fight back and not take their ****.  Most of these companies are calling outside the USA using computer re route their numbers.

This person named Mark Watson from Heartland Security left me a voicemail on 5/7/11. Stating that I needed to get an attorney and not to ignore this call because there is a case building a***nst me. All he can do is wish me good luck. Call this number immediately 8185389546

This company has been calling me.  I ask them for the city they are calling from, what their fax number is, what their address is, and for a business license (when they claim to be an attorney or attorney's office I ask for a bar #).  When you do this they s**** giving you bogus info.  I then tell them to send me proof via the mail because that is what the law states.  They then get angry and want to know why I want their info.  I politely tell them I am turning it over to the FBI.  They usually **** up.  I then call them back and politely say, "we must have lost our connection and I need to get a bit more info."  they will then s**** screaming saying dont s**** talking law with me or dont get smart with me and they **** up a***n.

Police Lady....YOU ROC**** the same s**t has been going on with me. I did EVERYTHING that you told your daughter to do. I even have LIFELOCK(8009401255) which is great! They inform you with EVERYTHING. Well worth the 14.95 a month charge. These a**holes are now calling my job, saying if I had a working number that they won't call my work number( funny- my cell number has NOT c****ed and they-ve been calling that all the while). So I gave him my cell number, in which he called right away. I went into the closet at my job and told them in a nice way that if they wanted to arrest me, to bring it on! He ask in a concerning way," you're not afraid to go to jail" and I told him no, cause I haven't done anything wrong. He just ***g up! Funny, I was supposed to be arrested back in Sep '10... and I'm still free, but then a***n, why should'nt I be, right?!

These people keep calling my cell phone and leaving messages saying I need to call them back because of an "urgent legal matter", and if I don't call, "Good Luck to me". Somehow they have the last 4 digits of my social and also keep saying I need to repay some unknown payday loan. I have yet to respond to them, but they call maybe 4 to 6 times a day. Sometimes they leave messages you can barely understand, since they are foreign and do not speak English very well. Sometimes they just call with the incoming number 000000 or unavailable. I am getting annoyed but I am not wasting my time returning their calls. Give me a break. Do they really think people are this ******?Why do they continue to call over and over when you are obviously not going to talk to them?

I have gotten 4 calls now from this number.  Always a heavy Asian accent, so much so thatI have to listen to the message several times or keep asking them to repeat.  Today, Caller said his name was Steven Richard, other names were ... "Lincoln", ... "Johnson".... "Smith".  Always with such urgency of "extremely time sensitive" "don't disregard this message or all I can say is good wishes"  Other calls stated (threatened?)  jail, loss of job, etc.   I have considered this a scam from Day one - they even called my husband's number and also a close family friend stating same threats.

they called a***n today i listened to what they had to say and they would not take is at the fact that iv never had a payday loan of any sort this one was suppose to b in the amount of $425 they had the right info on me but like i said never had one.  They even had my cousin's name. I cussed them out a few times and ever called about 13 times before talking to a supervisor who said they would stop calling me. Then they called a***n later the same night with the same bs.

A Mark Williams called me from this number. It is from a old pay day loan that I did not pay back from 2007....She threatened me, said she was going to call the police, take me to court, etc..She tried to get me to verify my social security #. I would not verify it, so they ***g up on me...

got a call from this number it went to my voice mail and a qoman cant remember name said i need to contact my lawyer and that i need to not disregard this phone call as its important cause if i do i will b in trouble at the end of the message she even laughed before ****ing up

I got a call frm a Robert Richardson saying the affidavit and that the cops will pick ne up for nt paying back the loan

I RECIVED SAME CALL FROM  " NANCY PARKER " STATING THE SAME, THAT A CASE IS BEING FILED IN MY COUNTY.

My daughter got a call at her job (she's a notary for a collection law firm, Ironic).  She didnt give them any information and ***g up on them.  But they went as far as reading an Affidavit to her regarding her "crime".  She **** back and told them she has an affidavit in front of her and the policy is "not" to read it over the phone but proper procedure is to send it certified mail.  They told her that the police will be going after her at her job because she did not show up to court.  So she called me to see if they are allowed to do this.  I told her first of all to check her credit report (she has excellent credit with no indication she owes anybody money).  I then advised her to put a fraud alert to all credit companies like transUnion and Equifax in case they did have her bank info.  I spoke to an officer in the fraud department and they said that this is a civil matter not a federal felony and cannot be arrested for owing a small debt.  She also called her bank to warn them of any unusual activity. They called her back a***n to harrass her, so i called them back and a guy with an Indian accent answered and i told him i work for the Police department (which i do-IT department).  i told them that i was having their calls traced and they ***g up on me too.  So I called this place back and I asked what kind of company they were and he responded that they are a Crime prevention center.  So i asked if they were with the police or FBI.  They said no.  I asked for their address and they wanted to know why.  I said, if i am going to send money, i need to know who i am sending it to.  I told them that i am investigating their so called company and they ***g up on me a***n.  So i kept calling them to harrass them and they were so rude and toungue tied when i asked them questions about their location, the company etc.  I told them to get a legitimate job and make an honest buck without harming innocent people.  ***THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPREPARED FOR QUESTIONS, THAT'S WHY THEY S**** OUT INTIMIDATING YOU***********  I have been calling this number over and over to harrass them and asked them if they like it.  i told them to stop calling people for money that does not belong to them!!!

Yeah these a**holes keep calling me too. Some arab a**hole named Justin Solomon from Department Of Crime Prevention. When I ask for do***entation proving their aligations. They tell me the police will be coming to pick me up. LOL what a bunch of dumb a**es!!!! I wasn't born yes****ay!!! They better try to scam someone that don't have a clue  LOL!!! Now I just keep calling them back and ****ing them off until they **** up!!!! They got under my skin now I'll get under theirs except 100 times worse!!!! Man I wish I knew where they where!!! I got ripped off  $1600.00 before from some bu***hit company. And nothing ever happened to  them because they were based out of Ca***a. Even had a detective on the case. They ripped a lot of people off for thousands of dollars. So I got so****ing for these a**holes if i ever find them. They f***ed with the wrong person this time!!!!

man i just got the exact same call,but he said his name was ron baxter.he even gave me his badge number wich is rb7826-46.the guy sounded like he was arabic or so****ing.he gave my mailing address,last four of my social aswell as the last four of the acct#.he told us we had a case on file over a payday loan that wasnt paid.said it was between 2 to 4 ***dred dollars and that i needed to get an attorney.but when i s****ed asking for more information to give to my attorney he got tongue twisted and when i asked for his info he said he was unauthorized to provide it...im like ok,you just gave me all of this info but your unauthorized to give me a freakn address!...so i called the bank and they said everything was good and i even called the orange county sherrifs dept and gave his name and they couldnt find him.i called the 818 538 9546 and a woman answered who was foriegn aswell and she was absolutley ****** and ***g up.as a matter of fact the guy that called got frustrated with all of my questions and ***g too.about 15min later a woman from payday relief called and i s****ed getting on her case and asking questions and she informed me that alot of her costumers were complaining about people calling and threatening to sue them...in other words i wouldnt worry about it unless you get a certified letter from whatever firm they claim to be... believe .that stuff is truly bogus man.i wouldnt dwell on it.

I got a call from a lady that said she was Ryan Jacobs, who said I had to talk to the Law Officer Justin.  I asked him for his Badge # and he told me he could not give me that. He said same thing about a policy officer will be coming to my work and pick me up and take me to jail.  He also said the collection agency couldn't get the money so it was turned over to him. I asked what collection agency and he said not authorized to tell me.  They want my attorney's name and number.  They say they are from the Department of Crime Prevention located in Orange County CA, but won't give me the specific address or any specific information regarding the call. So is this really a fraud?

This is a total fraud.  Don't sign anything.  They want to clean out your bank acct#.  If you ever applied for a payday loan (or anything else) online, the information get forwarded to others who might be able to finance you.  These people get basic info about your acct but they don't have ACH authorization to take the money so they try to convince you that you are paying and old debt that you already have, thus giving them access. You can not be jailed for a consumer debt. ( like not repaying a loan)  Real lenders can sue you and get a judgement, but they cannot send the police to take you away.  These people have been pulling this scam for years now.  They have been reported to various agencies and the FBI.  They call from a call center.  (mostly from India and Nigeria)  Just **** up on them.  If you were really getting sued, you would recieve a certified letter from a reputable attorney with details of the debt in question as well as remedies and court information.  (all of which you could verify).These people are maggots.  They can't answer any real questions that you throw at them and eventually get mad and **** up.  They keep calling and you should keep ****ing up.  Log the calls if you want and the return numbers that they leave.  You can then call your local ***nch of the FBI and s**** your own file.  The more people that do this, the better.

i got a call from a lady who said her name is nancy parker.........she called ma phone, telling me that i had some unpaid payday loan....that the company has decided to sue me about that unpaid debt.....she then went to tell me that the case will be downloaded to the court on monday if i dont make the payment.....she treats, she said she was calling from crime prevention office, she said  some police officers will be coming to my job to pick me and that i will inventually loose my job.....she said once i make the paymment i should write them a letter stating that am sorry for skipping the pay and that i will resolve this matter by paying 945.23 and that i will not choose to dispute this payment in the future.......i need yoal help who could this be....
