Caller ID: Myrlie Douglas 818-564-4825I just got a call from a female named Lisa, said they are mailing us an updated manual for our copier and needed the model number.  The copier up front in the reception area.  I asked what company she was with she said K&K I ask where she was located she said Washington and I said I wouldn't give her any information, she asked what my name was.  I asked her why she need my name she said so I can put it in my notes what I had said, that you couldn't give me any information.  I told her I wouldn't give her any information because a company in California was sending out toner for printer and charging $500+ that wasn't ordered. she was like okay....  I had to **** up on her this is a total SCAM beware!!!!

I got a call from a female saying she was from "K & K" and they are trying to send an updated manual for our copier and needed the model number. I didn't give her the exact model and she sounded hesitant and said "ok" and ***g up. Previously they have called saying they needed the model number and when I wouldn't give it to them they just ***g up on me. Obviously a scam of some sort!

I got the same exact call.  He called himself Mike even though our phone system said it was Douglas Myrlie.  We also don't pay for toner and as soon as I told him so he ***g up.  I had gotten similar calls in the past from people who said they were from Xerox and I knew better.  This time the receptionist thought he heard that this person was calling from the Xerox Sports Center.

This is a printer scam call. Someone named "Mike" called, named off a printer we have, and proceeded to try to tell me that the toner cost was going up next week and offered to take an order for me now to avoid the increase. The problem is that our printers all have maintenance contracts so we don't pay out of pocket for any toner. After telling me the cost was about to go up, I said "That's great, because we don't pay for toner" and all I heard at that point was the caller ****ing up. Don't fall for this scam. All I could find out about the number is that is traced back to Canoga Park, CA
