This is a large scale scam who claims to be with your mortgage provider, do not give them your money. They s**** a legitimate companies number than give you a secondary call back number that goes to "Mortgage Lending Department". **** up and call your lender directly.

Caller stating he is from Wells Fargo about my mortgage account going to collections and foreclosure. I never had account with Wells Fargo and my mortgage is with another loaner since 08. I notified Wells Fargo because even though this guy leaves a phone number to call him back, the number on my caller ID is actually Wells Fargo. Total spam and s****er that got my name, phone number, and address.

I dailed this number back and the person that answered never provided his name and only referred to the company as mortgage lending company. When I asked specifically what was the name of the company, he a***n stated that this was a mortgage lending company. He insisted that I provide my last name as well as my zip code to pull up an account. I think this may be a scam.
