***!..this is crazy...i was at work when i checked my mesg. and some guy with a very strong accent..to the point where i didnt understand what he was sayin that the issue was time sensitive and i should not disreguard the mesg!.....for me or my attorney to call 213-286-0298...when i called some lady answered and when i gave her my phone number to look up my account so she could tell me the reason for their call she kept me on hold then ***g up!...i called back and a guy answered and he was threating to send his peolple to my house to come pick me up if i dont pay some outragious amount!......and if i didnt i would have to pay $8000 when i go to court....i asked what was the name of the company i owe money to he sais INSTANT CASH..i told him i never recieved any funds from anyone and than he got upset because i asked for the account and routing number they had on file that the funds was supposed to have been deposited into ...he gave some fony last 4 digits of a account #...i told him he was not goin to bully me into giving then anything and i could show proof that i never received anything!....he told me to "Go to*****" and ***g up........this is a total joke!.....they trully need to get a grip and i hope that they dont really scare anyone into giving then a penny!

I just got a call from "Susan" who stated that I needed to call back immediately with my attorney's information. They called me twice on my cell phone and then called me on my work phone, on both lines. When I called the number back, " Bill Williams", answered. I asked to speak to Susan and he kept asking me who I was and what was the nature of my call. I explained that I wanted to speak to Susan since she left me the message. He kept asking me for my cell number and my name. He finally put me on hold and never came back.I am so glad that I googled the number to find out whats going on. This is frustrating. I work for a government agency and have reported it to them. I hope somebody finds out who is behind this foolishness and put a stop to it!

WOW!!! Thank God for this site. I got a phone call today from the same number. Someone named Jennifer left message stating "if you disregard this message, I can only wish you Good Luck" I called them back and spoke with an "attorney" named Norman telling me that I owe them 798 dollars from a pay day loan that they could not name. They said "you should know". They told me I was due in court tomorrow, but could settle the debt without paying the 8000.00 I would owe in court fees. Norman told me he was transferring me to his supervisor in the res***ution dept. He put the phone down and I could the other people in the call center leaving the same message Jennifer did. They told me I need a notarized letter, but, if I could not get a it notarized just send a copy of my driver's license and make sure the picture was clear, write down my debit card number with exp. date and security code. REALLY?!! Complete scam!!!!! I filed a complaint with FTC and will constant State Atty General's Office. If they call a***n I'm going the frustrate them until they **** up!

i also have been getting calls from a 000 num and they are advising me to contact the or have my attorney contact them in regards to a outstanding balance with them..they are saying that they hope GODS has nercy on meand they will pray for me..They have been calling my job and threating to take me to jail.they also gave me anum of 650 490 4968. they say they are the state attorney general..they have my address my job num where i work and also my lasts 4 of my ss.# very scay do not give them any info at all

Yes, the same thing happened to me today. Said i was being sued by a pay day loan company and I had to be in court in 2 days. told me to sign a letter stating i will pay 800 and will not dispute the matter.  I asked him how come I never got served, he couldn't tell me.  Is this a scam or for real...

Same BS here Told me i took some cash advance and BLAH BLAH I asked questions and they ***g up on me, Then I called back and asked for a bar number and he said whats your bar number???*****o your the lawyer right? Anyways there number is the 818 584 7339 and said they were in Irvine, I called the Irvine police and Agoura Hills and told them what they were saying to me told me 100% scam. Not sure how they got my info I did apply for a cash radvance a while back but never took it and never got any money, They are a total scam !!! Makes me mad I work hard to earn money a**wipes try to take it GOOD LUCK!! Send a copy of my DL RIGHT~~~! they called from a 0000 number too and I asked to speak to a supervisor and this guy put me on hold and came backk on line as a supervisor !!!! SCAM

The morans keep calling - I just **** them off and give them back the same talk they give me.  They will leave me alone then.  I think its some type of ********* or so****ing cuz they really hate it when you call them that.  Why else would they keep trying to get money out of people illegally.

Yes, this happened to me the other day. the same. I got a call from 0000 and they left me a voicemail. So I I called them back at 8185847339. They also called my work. And I got a guy named Bryan smith or Rolinson Jens ( he had a very heavy accent)  and was saying that I owed a company money that I never recieved money from. And that i needed to be ready with 8000.00 for court. He was threatening and saying that I need good luck. I  kept on trying to get information out of him but he he refused to tell me anything. I freaked out because I didn't know what to do. I kept on calling him back but he kept on ****ing up on me.

recieved call yes****ay on my cell phone. same name charles williams.  Wanting my drivers license and a notorized letter stating i wont dispute the charges. The only scary thing is that the company he referenced as the money i owed is true. but that debt was written off and it was over 7 years ago.... Just concerned that i really dont know if this is a scam or legit. If it is real why have i only heard of this yes****ay????

This company called my boss at work this morning demanding for me to get her out of a meeting or else she would have to 'pay the consequences'!  When I asked what it is reference to they said so****ing I could barely understand (strong accent).  I knew it was a scam when I asked for a supervisor and they ***g up on me.

Yep, same story.  I have been getting calls from these and other similar people for weeks.  They keep saying I owe them money and they are sending me court paperwork, but I never get anything.

I have received three calls from this company today at work. They were stating that I have to report to court tomorrow morning for my case. I said, what case? She didnt say, she kept saying you dont know about your case. Her name was Ashley, but she said I will transfer you to my agent so he can tell you about your case. Then I spoke with a guy name Charles Williams he said that they will service me papers tomorrow and they going to take me to the court house too. I said so you saying that I get served with papers & I go to court? He said yes, I told him you are crazy!!! He got mad and ***g up the phone on me!!! LOL

I too have received calls from this number 8185847339 a young man named John smith has also been harassing me on my cellular. He tried to get information from me. Although I asked for information and he ***g up.

wow i am soo grateful for this i just got the calls today and being pregnant and young. when he called my job i was listening and very confused he was very persistent that i8 give him the same information a copy of my drviver license and social security card and send him a fax authorizing and saying i will not dispute this!! very scary ..... be careful!

I have been getting the same calls at work. They call and ask for me and when i called back, they wouldnt give me the company name. Then they kept ****ing up on me so i kept calling back. Then i spoke with a guy named mike and he told me that they were pizza hut and asked me if i wanted to place an order. I asked for a large pepperoni pizza just to see what he would say. Then he ***g up on me a***n. I called back one more time and spoke with mike a***n and asked to speak with a supervisor. Mike put me on hold and came back on the phone as "Ed" the supervisor. And whenever I tried to get information about the company or my "case" I got ***g up on.

I have been receiving these calls for weeks, but i have ignored them best as i could, they call like 15 time in a row. but today i received a call from my****istant at work saying i just got this call saying i had to be in court in 2 days, and was asking my staff questions, luckily, they know better. i had just done a lookup on the 0000 number, and wondered if it was tied to this 818. yep, jackpot. so i call them, they ***g up the first 3 times i called, then i said, doesnt feel good does it, go ahead a keep ****ing up on my because i actually have all night, i will keep calling, and i have. not sure what good it will do, but any annoyance for all theirs is a small victory, let keeps them on edge.

I received many calls from this number.  It was coming up as 0000.  They called me at work and on my cell phone.  Threatened to press criminal charges a***nst me if I did not pay them money that day. Would not give me any information on the company that I allegedly owed money to.  Very abusive in their tone and frightening.  Wanted copies of my drivers license and debit card.  I did not give that to them.  Tabatha Williams would not produce the attorney's name she worked for or the attorney ID number.  The last thing she said to me before I ***g up was "you do not know how bad I can be".  Very frightening...
