some A/C cleaning scam.

This company sends out adverti*****ts for duct cleaning services, claiming to come out for less than $50 to vacuum clean your ducting.  When they come out, they will try to upsell everything they can.  They'll probably ask to disassemble and clean your entire furnace, maybe even replace some ducts, not to mention the "real" duct cleaning that includes agitation and EPA registered chemical sprays that will **** harmful molds and bacteria that may be residing in your duct work, which is not included in their advertised vacuuming service.It would not be uncommon to expect them to come clean your ducting for around $50, and then to have them offer all sorts of stuff for anywhere from $500 - $5000!!  They will use scare tactics in attempts to pressure you into agreement on the spot.  If you don't agree and simply take their $50 vacuum service by itself, you'll soon discover that even that isn't worth it.  The vacuum they use simply does not create adequate suction to do any type of thorough cleaning.At best, this company charges a ridiculous amount for mis-represented services.  At worst (and quite honestly, realistically), this company is simply a scam.  Hop on over to the Better Business Bureau's website and look at their rating... and then make sure you STAY AWAY!
