I own a VW too do its probably a robo caller.

It's a service call for Audi/Volkswagon .

I just had my Lincoln Navigator serviced last week and been getting this call ever since so maybe it's a survey?

Call center wanting to know if I want to schedule a service appt for my Jetta.....I've already got one scheduled a week from now!

Called but left no voice mail.

I'm gonna find a call blocker app cause I'm sick of this ****, sometimes they call me 4 ***king times a day while on other days they don't call at all....

Name on caller I.D. says Call Center Online. After message ma****e picked up it made three rings!!

I am late on my service for my recently purchased Audi, does anyone know if this company calls to set up the service or is it just to survey you on a recent service that you had.. As every time I get in my car it blinks some service message for my needed oil c****e (thats how I know I am over do for the oil c****e), I just haven't had the time to get in done yet. Thanks!

they called me every day this week. and for some reason or another i always seem to miss there call. i was reading other peoples comments. does it have to do with the volkswagon dealerships? b/c i just recently bought a jetta?!

Sounds like it is a "phishing" scam.

this number calls me sometimes 3 times a day. they leave a message but it is saying that they are trying to extend our warrenty.  I have told them several times that I am not interested...  but they keep on calling and calling...

They keep calling and if you are not the person they are looking for they simply continue to call back.

i don't know who they are, but sometimes the caller id says California but in all capital letters. would someone figure out what they want!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe there may be a difference. I got a call from 818-725-2292 not 818-727-7264. There person on the phone followed up on my service with only one question and after that the calls stopped until my next service. I was happy for the second call because that visit was HORRIBLE and I was able to tell them. Believe me I've had some people call me with a 20 minute survey on nothing. It seems the dealership got these people to call because they realize (finally) that some customers are getting bad service. But hey can't blame the people on the phone, after all they just make the calls, the dealers hire them. And some dealers are ****** enough to hire more than one place.

Yes, they are a follow up svc for a variety of car dealers.  They will call until you talk to them.  They were trying to set up svc for my car for weeks until I finally answered and told them I had moved and would not be going to the dealer they were calling on behalf of.  The calls stopped after that :)

Got two calls today from 818-727-7264. I don't know anyone in California so I don't answer the calls. Are these people ****** or what?

Dropped of my jetta in HB for oil c****e, they are following up on how ther service was!  Hey Matt Do you have problems with your GTI?  My husband bought the 2007 GTI fully loaded and it looks like we got a lemon.  For a full year we have been having problems.  They replaced the whole engine and there are still problems!

Confirm that following service at VW Glendale last week, s****ed getting calls from this phone number.  No messages left both times they called.

That makes sense. I just had my GTI serviced at VW Pasadena last week. I didn't pick up the call, but it must be them, since I have a NY number (so CA wrong numbers are rare).

I had my 911 serviced at Porsche of Downtown LA recently, and s****ed receiving the calls this morning. No message left. At least I know to ignore the calls now.

Believe this is an auto service follow-up company.  Unfortunately, they'll keep calling to get feedback on recent auto service you've had until you answer.  Mine was for an Audi repair in Santa Monica.

I keep getting calls from these people and I hate it! WHo are they

Multiple calls from 818-725-2292.  Haven't answered the calls so I'm not sure who it is, but they don't leave messages.

They appear to be a telemarketing company in Los Angeles.  They called on behalf of a Hyundai dealer I went to once in Bakerfield.

I've been receiving multiple calls for the last few weeks from this number and 818-727-7264.  I would like them to stop.
