****heads,their message is uncomprehendable.

They called me about a survey for Sirius radio. Sounded like the lady didn't know what she was doing.

Called at 915 and no one was on the line

Called ***gup, Call ID was ISA. Previous call many times, no message.

CAll and do not say anything.

I have received many calls from the same number, and they say nothing and **** up. I filed a complaint with Florida's Department of Agriculture & Comsumer Services. I have filed a complaint with them to the ****ing up & saying nothing. My request is to be remove from they phone list " compleatly " I've done this before with the state and they take care of the rest.I did find out that the company that is calling is ( Vonage Holding Corp. up in the east.

these losers call everyday and **** up, time to report them to the FTC and Attorney General's office.

Thought they said they were doing a government survey. I live near Montreal, Quebec, Ca***a.... why would a survey company in California call a number in Ca***a about a government survey? I was about to serve dinner and told them so and ***g up.

Seven days in a row they called, are we up for eight?

I refuse to answer the phone from anyone I do not know, caller id indicated that ISA keeps calling and I figure if its someone needs to talk to me they can leave a message on my answering service. So if they don't I won't return or even answer the phone. Thank God for Caller ID

This company calls on Sunday evening..Says Mkt. research on caller id. This is an unwanted call.

She told me it was ISA. Wanted me to take part in a survey. Asked if I smoked. Told her Im on the DO NOT CALL LIST. She said it doesnt apply to them. Asked to be removed from their list and was told NO! When ur # is on the DO NOT CALL LIST that should mean everyone. This is my cell phone # they r calling. Today they called a***n. Didnt answer it. No msg left. I hope the Govt puts a STOP to this.

Thankfully, this number doesn't call me as often as it does the previous posters, but still, it's annoying. I practically neve know when to answer the phone anymore, simply because I don't know what's legit, what's a scam, etc. If ISA is Interviewing Services of America, then they use another number too, which a previous poster has posted in his comment. They are very random in the times that they call, and they never leave a message.

caller ID said Marketing Research ran into these debt collectors about 2 years ago... gave them my first name and they never called back... any way they are back! keep tracking them and lets get them sent to jail or at least fined!

When this number calls the caller ID lists "California" and then the phone number. Sometimes they call and don't say a word just **** up. And they call more then once a day. And other times they call they always state they are different people. Like today they called and said they were Christopher Newport University..umm yeah too bad they aren't in California but ******ia. Sometimes they call and say they are doing a survey on the what radio stations women listen to in my area. Dumb! I always tell them not to call back but they always do.

Did not answer b/c I did not recognize the phone number. Man left a bizarre message about being very depressed & to call him back. If this is a prank, it's not very funny. I have no intention of calling back, esp based on the comments here. Glad to know about this awful organization!!!

hit *57 when you **** up. it traces & records their # calling yours. If properly logged this way, the authorities can go after them for harassment / They said it was a survey company about safety for kids toys? they keep calling. never any message. all hours. I answered the last 1 & the guy was really arrogant when I asked him to remove my number from his call list. He continued talking over me, getting louder and more obnoxious. All the while, I kept saying "give me your supervisor" until his frustration level peaked before mine did & he ***G UP on me. You shouldn't need to have a screaming match when trying to stop a caller. At least I made him angry this time instead of the other way around!

Called me at 3:45 AM with loud music in background & left no message but the music playing. Called a***n 3 days later at 4 PM leaving no message.

This survey company has called the last 2 nights at 9pm.

I went to this web-site that was posted in March http://www.isacorp.com/contact.html and spoke with an Anthony Bowman he said he was going to take me off the calling list. He said there were a few call lists that he had to check but would make sure I was taken off ASAP. Hope this helps!

Called me at 6:36 pm saying city utility service for a surveillance. I said I don't have time now and she said she was going to call me a***n tomorrow. I'm glad to find this page and know this has nothing to do with the city utility.

They said the call is about consumer survey and it went on for 10 min when I said enough - he s****ed asking personal questions. I said I won't answer any personal questions and ***g up

You ever call a place, like an insurance company or other business and they ask you if you would take a short survey on your call experience?  That's what this is.  You have to agree to it by pressing a number.  After you **** up, the survey company calls back to get your input.  It's not malicious as far as I know, and everytime they've called me, it's because I agreed to parti****te in the post-call survey.

Received a call yes****ay at my dinner time and the person wanted to speak with my husband and said they were from Chase.  I told them that I was the wife and that whatever they needed to ask him they could ask me and they refused to talk to me.  I then told them that he wasn't interested and ***g up.  I will report to the do not call registry that I have registered with.

I screen ALL of my calls and NEVER answer an unknown number. The caller-ID on my phone for these weasels is "California". Stop calling me, you weasels.

At 5:10 pm a male caller called and when I answered, he said that we had a bad connection, although I could hear him just fine, and he said he would call back at a later time.. I s****ed to tell him to go F*** himself and he ***g up..he better not even try...

i called it back and it was a recording for a market research company.  they were calling to do a survey-says it wasn't a sales call.  i don't know though.

At 9:11PM ISA 818-756-7494 called me. Before this it was Scarborough 210-522-9215 that called me. I think this is the same company.I have to turn my rings off when I go to bed because of these calls.They disturb me any time of day. I hope somebody tells us what to do to stop them!?

A rep calls to inform that they are processing to remove tel no. from their computer but needs to get questions answered. But as soon a you say yes they ask your personnal info.
