Recieved call at noon. Rang 2 times.I called it back. It has a verizon message that says your call cannot be completed as dialed, announcement 4. But the phone is listed under a whoke different cellular provider than Verizon.. So it's some kind of ignorant ********, telemarketer, scammer hiding behind a false V.O.I.P. I.P. address phone,,
