I keep getting called by this number stating that I have been approved for a loan modification through CITMortgage. I am no longer with CITI because they sold my loan just before we got approved for a modification. I still get called by this number and I have contacted Citi. Citi still thinks I am with them. They are a messed up company.

Citigmortgage are a bunch of idiots! My home is in shortsale and Citi is my bank monitoring the proccess and approval. But yet I get these calls all the time from them. When I do get them on the phone, I simply say "Oh You must have an update for me on my sale since you've called me". They don't know what I'm talking about, so I say "Arent you Citimortgage? The same bank I have my mortgage through"? They say yes but still have no clue. So I say "Ok, the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing...good bye!

i received the message 4 times on Sa****ay and held on the last time until the phone went dead? us too are dealing Citi; i wonder how they got our numbers

I REC'D CALL FROM THIS NUMBER - CALLED BACK & THEY STATED THEY WERE MEDIATION SERVICES AND REP.ED CITI MORTGAGE. I KNEW THIS WAS B.S. I CALLED CITI. THEY STATED THEY DIDN'T KNOW THIS CO. AND WOULD'NT FARM OUT MEDIATION SERVICES! HOWEVER, THEY WERE NOT INTRESTED IN REPORTING OR LOOKING INTO THE MATTER EVEN THOUGH THIS CLEARLY CONS***UTES FRAUD. I LOOKED UP PHONE # USING THE LISTE LAT & LONG OF THE PHONE NUMBER: 1***9 BRYANT ST. NORTHRIDGE, CA. I GOOGLED THE ADD. AND IT'S A RESIDENCE. TRYING TO CONTACT STATE ATTORNEY GEN'S OFFICE BUT, THAT'S TURNED OUT TO BE A JOKE. CALLING LOCAL POLICE TO MAKE FORMAL COMPLAINT. I ALSO ACCUSED CITI OF LEAKING MY INFO OR AN EMPLOYEE GAVE THIS INFO FOR A KICK-BACK. ONE WAY OR ANOTER I'M GETTING TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS. DON'T GIVE UP!!!

We have saw multiple calls on our caller id with this number and California. We got curious and called the number back. It said garbage about possible loan remodification and a 2 % interest rate. Press 1 to continue call or 2 to disconnect. Me and my husband have had problems the past year and it gave a glimmer of hope. My husband left two messages with no call back over 48 hours. On the third day our phone rang about 9 p.m. so my husband answered it. It had same message as before about loan remod and 2% interest rate. He tried pressing 0 to get a live person but didn't work. He held for over 20 minutes and finally ***g up. Citi Group is in such back financial shape I believe they are selling our personal information to these idiots. Our number is unlisted and could have only gotten it from Citimortgage. Doesn't anyone find it odd we are all Citimortgage customers?

A recording says that you have been approved for a loan modification from Citibank.Called back to find out who they were and how they got my number but you are put terminal hold.

Prank calls... called my cellular like crazy. Sometimes 3 calls a day. It's ridiculous.

It's a phone fraud. First they said I got pre approval for a housing loan. Then 2nd call indicated, I am elligible for Citimorgage. 3rd call... they are debt collection. It's an Indian company that disguised to be a legit California company. Purely phone fraud. Report this to Attorney General... to stop phone fraud.

caller id states california call, caliming we were preapproved for refinancing the house.

1 call with caller ID saying "California". when I answered, dead silence from their end.
