i got a phone call today as i was heading out the door for work telling me i had been fraudlent and some other fellonies i cant recall and i was to show up in court on mon ( which i dont recall her ever telling me what city or time) she was very rude and admint about me not yelling at her do to the fact this is a seriouse matter that i would be behind bars for 30 days, she also was indian and very hard to understand thank goodness i maried a very smart thinking on your feet man who asked for the phone to talk to her. ( my husband being from cali took matters into his own hands :-)..) be***n telling the lady the laws of California that by law they must tell you the debter, the time anddate you got the loan the # of the company who they are repsenting and any other info you need to obtain to get a debt resolved, an the lady gave him a file number that my husband looked up on like of a lost gun that someone reported. than while i was work they contiued to hurrasse my co workers after my husband told them he would try to come up with the money. ( he never tend to follow through with they never shut up if you dont try your own way lol ) boy are they deturmind lil robbers sometimes modern technollgie is to much to have some days. PLEASE MAKE IT FUN DONT STRESS OVER THESE O****** MUNCHKINS WHO ARE PROBLY LICKING LOLIE POPS AND LEARNING TO BE ******* ****ERS. ty have a nice day

My wife got a call from this number today. They said so****ing about a pay-day loan that she received that she failed to pay back (she's unemployed so it would be impossible for her to get one) and that there was an arrest warrant for her for wire fraud. They said court fees would be about $10K but they could stop the warrant if she sent them $5k to take care of it.I contacted the police and they confirmed that it was a scam - that there was no warrant - and the number (though it had a California area code) actually led out of the country.If you call back, there IS a chance of talking to someone, but they seemed confused as***** that someone would be calling that number.If you ask for their legal department they'll instead forward you to someone named Brian King (who su****iously has an East Indian accent like all the other people).So, in short, it's a scam in an attempt to get money from you by using fear tactics.

this foreign lady called my mom stating she needed a lawyer but they would not tell us who this person was...or what company was calling nothing about it...IT IS A SCAM

The same number called me and my husband. An indian sounding guy who gave us each a different name saying that we need to return his call or have my attorney return is call immediatelty or all he can do is wish me lyck when the situation unfolds on me. I saved the message and I will be reporting it to the autorities immediately. I bet he is calling people who inquired about payday loans because my husband and I both did years ago. He probably didnt realize he also called my huaband because we have different last names.

I have reported this repeated threatened phone call to the Federal Trade Commission and my local Attorney Generals office. I suggest you do the same. Do not communicate with this scam artist. This is s*** of the earth not even located in this country. It's true that we may be victims of iden***y theft but we can be protected and be educated by our government organizations on any and all iden***y theft issues

This number needs to be fined for harassment, I am tired of being threatened, where do I go to report it.

Same message as everyone else is getting only intended for a family member of mine.  God knows how they got MY number for her, nontheless it is clearly a scam.  Her name was Sandra Williams...now how hte***** would an Indian speaking woman clearly from India have such a name? I got a phone call on my way to work saying I owe money for some laon I took out in June of 2010. Get a life people I am so broke right now I wish I did take out the loan. The indian guy was EXTREMELY RUDE cursing and me even my mother. If I know where this palce was I would personally go down to the office and have a ono on one wiht him, and trust me he does not want any problems with a 6'3 280lbs ****ed off BLACK MAN..............

I just got a call from the same number!!!! some ****ese lady called said her name was Sandra Williams. She asked for me and said i had some lawsuit a***nst me and then she called back 2 minutes later asking to talk to me a***n having know clue that she just talked to me.Get a life and stop harassing people!!!!!!!!!!!

yah i just got a call like that too first he call and left a message in my cell, them he call my sister and also left a message saying if i did not get back to him as soon as possible i would be sorry and the only thing he wish for me is luck...me not knowing what this is about call today and some Shaun Miller (indian guy) really bad ingles is telling me that i'm beeing sued by some USA Cash lender for $14,800.00, me knowing that i never sign any lending paper just told him to send me the papers in the mail...boy did he got ****ed off....and also told me that to get some one to take care off my family cause i will be going away for 30 day....i just told him if his para-legal he should go back to law school cause ***ody can treat you even if you didn't pay what u supose to pay...if he calls back i'm also going to my police station....just don't give any personal info to him, if he says he as a jugdment a***nst u ask him to send the papers in the mail he should have the address...

this is the second time that they have called us about this in 5 months. we just had a baby 2 months ago. so my husband is kinda freaking out about it. im tired of the calls and the empty threats my husband is calling our local police department to see if there is an arrest warant and these people had bette hope there is one because if there isnt then im getting a lawyer and im going to sue them for fraud they cant keep doing this to people and expecting to get away with it. im done being nice and just letting it go now they are going to feel how we feel only they are guilty and they will pay.

This Indian sounding guy called me and said that I was being taken to Federal Court for fraud over $874.28. Said he was from Attorney and Legal Services of California, his name was ***ndon Watson, and he was a paralegal for this firm. He informed us that we needed to pay $450.00 tomorrow and the rest in two weeks. That is when he asked for our bank card number for verification purposes. When we refused, he became very annoyed and told us to hire a criminal lawyer, pack our bags, come to California, and that he would see us in court. He also stated that I could be picked up at any time and have to spend 30 days in jail. I have looked up the name of the firm and found nothing. When I typed in the number, this website came up. I'm glad we didn't give him our information.

Some rude Indian Guy has called me also saying I owe a debt and a lawsuit is being put a***nst. He wont tell me who the company is or when I got a loan. All he says is that I better have my bags packed because I'm getting arrested! What??
