I am writing to report an incident involving an individual who misrepresented themselves and failed to provide a promised service. This person led me to believe that a legitimate service would be rendered, for which I sent payment via Cash App. After the payment was made, no service was provided. Shortly thereafter, I was blocked and all further attempts to communicate were ignored. This behavior is deceptive and appears to be a deliberate scam. I am submitting this complaint to warn others and to request that appropriate action be taken against this individual. Please exercise caution and do not send money or engage with this person under any circumstances.
