That's because if you overdraft they make money. If you don't opt in you can't overdraft - they don't pay out the fund.

They claim to be "Citizen's Bank" a.k.a. "CharterOne". They claim they want to "Remind You" to opt in for services regarding the c****e in Federal Banking Laws. They have called a number of times now on top of sending multiple letters in the mail. I call this "Harassment".

the number came across my caller ID as CLIENTLOGIC COR....I am guessing that the COR means coperation...

I believe it's Citizens bank calling to remind you of the new federal overdraft policies put in place at the end of the month...I've spoken to them once....received the notice in the mail, and now another call...If I want to c****e my policy, I will!

I've gotten this call twice so far.  Seeing as I don't know anyone in NC, I don't know who this could be.
