Said I was 1 of 10 lucky people to recieve $10,000 dollars help from this guy. He said he made payment to my PayPal account. So on, then due to PayPal new terms, that I would have to send him $200 to be able to recieve said money & that he would send me back $10,200 dollars.

Said i won 10,000

Scam prize site who asks you to make a USAA account then they want your password. They turned rude after I refused to give my password.
