Sounds like a collector that called here several weeks ago looking for a long gone former employee. (Similar recording)  Picked up the call some way through the recorded "message". Took the option to dial zero to speak with a representative (so I could tell them to quit calling!) and after a few seconds of "your call is important, blah blah blah..." it ***g up on me.
