They knew my name and then put me on hold to figure out what “trouble” im in to discuss

This lady Tonya calls me all hours of the day and night and leaves rude messages and cusses at me in person when I ask her to verify the debt i owe and tell me what it is for and who it is to she rudely cusses at me and says she is going to allert the athourities and call the sherifs department. when i called the police department they said there was nothing they could do for her but that it is not illegal for me to **** a fog horn or a whistle in her ear, so I would like to warn everyone of her and if she calls me back im prepared im tired of the harrasment from this tonya lady.

This Tanya called me also and left a message on my work phone and left a message to have my lawyer call her back. when i tried to call back no one answered. I know i don't owe any thing so its got to be a scam.

This idiot just called my 17 year old son. If anyone finds out this company please post so we can get this preson.

I just received the same message this morning.  I find it hilarious.  I can't wait for her to answer her phone so I can rip her a new one.

Tonya Eggers had called me didnt say what company she was working for I found out by doing research online. This Mrs Eggers lady was so Rude that I filed a complaint with the BBB. She told me that I owed this amount of money which wasnt much but alot for me because I dont work alot of hours and I had asked her if i could set up a payment plan. She told me no and to see if I could borrow the money from someone. So I spoke with a family member and they told me to request from her proof. So I called her back and asked her for proof and she told me no should wouldnt send anything and said that she had sent many before and that she had called which I dont have any record of her doing either one. She also said she called my work which is a lie because i spoke with them and they said no one had called. She then told me when I had asked her for proof like i said she had said no and i told her she couldnt do that it was the law. She then said to me not to preach the law to her and then laughed at me and said she was sending it to the shireffs department and that shed see me in court and then ***g up. She had no right doing what she did. I was willing to pay I just needed to set up a payment plan.

I got the same voice mail saying she needed to speak to me or my attorney immediately but she did not answer when I called back.

Tonya is very rude, she did not talk professional. She call us crazy, and yell at us on the phone.

This person called for me and my brother had answered the phone. Woman did not ask who he was or what relationship he was to me. For all she knows , he could have been my husband she was talking to inwhich has legal rights to know whatever info. Proceeds to tell my brother that it is a legal matter to wake me up. My brother refused to wake me up when the woman became rude and threatened to involve the sheriffs in the situation. Excuse me ?? Last time I checked and correct me if I am wrong. It should be under the bill collectors rules and regulations somewhere. It was supposed to be illegal to make a call of sorts and not tell the person whom they are collecting for , what company they are with , and any other information inwhich the issue could be resolved in a timely manner.I did do a search by number and only information I found is that it was a landline that called and it was from North Carolina.

I called this Ms. Eggers back. She wanted the last 4 digits of my ssn. When I advised her I do not give my social security number over the phone, she became very rude and said "oh I have it". I told her that was good, so I should not have to repeat it. She then said she will let the sheriff's department handle it. I said fine if thats what you have to do and she ***g up. I still don't know what it's about

I had a call from "Tanya", she pretended she had a southern accent. She was very rude and her story didn't make sense, she said she called me many times and my lawyer or I needed to call her immediately or else. This reminds me of another call I got from a strange woman a few months ago, prolly same person, she made up a story someone was using my credit and other info and I better call her back. She wouldn't state where she was from, what company or police dept she was with so I googled the number and found a bunch of other people having the same call, it was just a bill collector trying to get info.

I got the same call. Asking to talk to me or my attourney she said her name was Tanya.

This unethical woman name Tanya called me and left a nasty voice mail.  When I called her back she would not give me her company name.  In other words she was ***ve enough to leave a nasty voice mail but was as much of a coward to give me her company name when I talked to her live.  I have NEVER received anything from anybody about a bill that they are trying to collect.  I want to know who the company is because when I get through with them they will no longer have a company. I will find out who the company is and I will report it to the BBB.
