Some one name Tonya, that is very rude and said that we are crazy.  And she yell at us on the phone. She did not talk in a prossional matter.

getting calls from this agency.  Rude, keep calling very stressful.  I am working with the hospital to get the bill paid by my 2 INSURANCE COMPANIES. She said she will keep calling where-ever she has a number to reach me even if it is a number of times a day.  I now have a call into the hospital who put my name in with this agency and if I have to I will personally go there and speak to someone.  The is crazy.  Never even got a bill from the hospital now I am in a collection company. Please.

They called me and said "Very urgent you call me back... or if you have an attorney...", and mentions "case Number #******". Very strange!
