I received a call from this number at 4am. Wanting to know if I wear boots. Called the number this morning and it just rings.

We have gotten 2 Calls from this number in the last week. The Lady on the phone wants to know if we know any woman who wears boots, What color and so on.  I think she sounds like she may be mentally challenged.
