I have gotten three phone calls on my cell phone from this mysterious caller. They called me once in the morning and twice in the afternoon. When I tried calling back, the prerecorded message played saying, "Your call cannot me completed  as dialed..." it was fine at first, but now it is irritating. When the 'person' calls they **** up immediatly.

this number called me like 10 times today and when i pick up they **** up right away and im about to have my dad (whos an fbi agent) trace it if they call me one more time!!
