Had a very obviously fake Rental Lease Agreement, claimed to have reviews the questionnaire with his wife. Then , claimed to have accepted us to be his new tenants and said he’d send us the keys after wiring the 3,000 deposit and first months rent. Total scam, do NOT fall for it!

He’ll tell you he’s the home owner, ask you to fill out paperwork (so now he’s stolen your iden***y), and send him a deposit, then he disappears. He’s a FAKE! Don’t fall for it.

Owns a home in Bothell. Renting it out. Claimed they had to move to move to North or South Carolina for work. They have applications and copies of leases. I Thry lie that they will send keys once you send money via Zelle, Cash App or bank. Don't do it! They will scan you out of thousands. Run!!!
