Said they were the adjustment department, that my vehicle was at a repair shop and they needed pictures of my vehicle sent directly to them. (I knew so****ing was up because my car was totalled and already turned over and taken by USAA folks last week.

My insurance agent said that I was going to be contacted about photos and damage on my truck so I was contacted and this is the number they gave me to call them back. Now I find out it's a scam. This is ridiculous

Claimed they needed more photos of my vehicle.

Asks for pictures of VIN, license plate, and vehicle

Claims to be with USAA insurance. They are NOT. They want photos of my vehicle that was involved in an accident including photos of the license plate and VIN number.

They claimed to be USAA wanting pictures of the vehicle damage. The text was informal and didn't identify an individual or adjuster. I had already sent USAA numerous pictures, so suspected it was a scam. The phone number also didn't match any of USAA's contact numbers.

Claimed to be USAA Claims appeasers. Called, texted multiple times daily including over the weekend.

This is a scammer pretending to be USAA Auto Insurance. They also text from 34035 attempting to have you send them pictures of your auto damage. Also spam call from 773-904-2407 with voicemails giving same phone number.
