I forgot to mention it was the online payday loan applications that gave them all my information.  I was also able to re-coup the monies that I did pay in.  I c****ed all my bank accounts...everything.

I too have fallen victim, only the managed to scare me to such a degree that I actually coughed up money.  In my own defense I was trying to protect my job, I could get fired for the things he was threatening me with.  Because I made a payment this made me all too popular with them and I continued to get more calls.  I have had these East Indian theives use at least three names Jack Dawson, Sean Woods, and Gary Smith.  What East Indian has that kind of name...that should have been a clue.  Their blatant inability to utilize the English language to pull this scam is a good clue too.One thing that appears to be a common thread ...payday loans... I figured out that I was being harassed through my own actions.  I applied for a payday loan online.  For months I got random e-mails offering me various amounts of money through these payday lenders.  Now...I am getting these harrassing calls.Yes****ay was the last call I took.  I advised him that I had went through my bank accounts and could verify that I had paid each one of my payday loans off.  I advised him if he could provide proof of my debt I would happily pay it as I am not trying to aviod my responsibilities.  The proof never came.  Mr. Dawson could never provide me the name of my originating lender, all he would say was that it was someone local.  In the end...he offered to "investigate" the matter with the lender for a non-refundable fee of $100 and if the lender was wrong they would send me a letter of apology.  I advised him I had no credit card, he told me to go get a prepaid one and and fax them a letter.  He was calling from a TX number and the fax number he gave me was a WA phone number.So if you get a call from Jack Dawson (you think they could have been more original, all I could think of was ***anic the movie), Sean Wood, and Gary ...  The numbers I have are 830-522-4221; 469-582-7512; & 305-506-8033
