They insisted I be in front of my computer to resolve and refund me. He then texted me to remind me to call him to get my refund around noon the next day . I called and he and his****ociate directed me to a site and walked me through steps telling me this was the only way to securely refund my money. I finally asked them what my bank is? If they had taken money from my account. It quickly went south and they simply ***g up. they were attempting to take over my computer and got a good ways toward their goal before I immediately hit uninstall. My work email has now shown up on the dark web and I am receiving more and more of these renewal emails, each one more sophisticated.
