Received email first notifying me of Norton Utility charge of 449.99. Called and told fraudulent charge and they would refund. Could not tell any info about form of payment used and irritated when I would not give them information.

received AN INVOICE in gmail from "GRACE GOV". The invoice appeared authentic and explained they were grateful to receive a payment from me of $399.99 USD. this number was the contact. i did not make any payment to this company called "CYBERGHOSTT" nor did i contact them.
