Did not even bother to answer...knew it was a scam call

They had me purchase gift cards on my Apple ID

I searched for apples number and contact who I thought was Apple. They Had me download an app and recorded my phone’s information. When I refused to verify my card, they wanted me download the cash app. I ***g up and deleted the other app. I have contacted Apple about this scam.
