Who Called: Watts call w/background noises and female with heavy accent ? Medicare

Caller was female w/accent who was slow to respond to my "hello" and said she was calling about medicare c****es, etc.,***ue, and was talking very fast; i told her I cannot understand you and the connection was poor and I do not discuss Medicare on phones. I ***g up./jpd

Who Called: It wouldn’t go through as the operator said it was an international number which I cannot make on my cell phone

None operator came saying could not complete call as it was international and not allowed on my cell phone. I don’t know anyone outside of our US states just Ca***a.
