Man by he name of Richard Williams with a very harsh Indian Accent calls stating he's from American cash Express/ Advanced Cash says I got a payday loan for $500 and he has all the info he needs to take me to court. He calls and ****s up is verbally abusive, won't give me proof I owe the "loan". i contacted my bank, 3 credit bureaus, FTC. HE SAYS HE'S FROM THE LEGAL DEPT AND THAT HE WILL CAL ME TOMORROW TO FURTHER DISCUSS AND GIVE ME MORE INFORMATION.

Keeps calling same as the other people. They are scammers.

This middle eastern man calls me several times per day on my cell phone AND work phone. He claims to be a Mr White...sounds more like a Mr Patel. He threatens me with jail if I don't take care of this unpaid payday loan that I have never gotten from a company I've never heard of. I called him back the other day and asked him for his address so I could send a letter to cease and desist, but he ***g up on me. So I kept calling him back and he kept ****ing up. That was yes****ay...but it s****ed all over a***n bright and early this morning. He often times leaves a voice mail message and I can hear a lot of chatter in the background like a call center. I'm getting frustrated.

I've gotten several calls from them this morning for the same reasons. I told them to stop calling me as I was aware of their scam and if I got one more call from them I'd report them to the police and the FBI. They asked me if my attorny of record was available and I told them I don't have my attorney with me by my side at all times and then they asked me if I'd like to take care of this matter in a court of law and I said that I would be more than happy to settle in a court of law as I knew that I would receive fair and lawful treatment and then ***g up on them.

These people call numerous times per day. Once you are on to them they use a different name and different number but it is all the same s***ch..."This message is intended for (Name)...the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive...don't disregard this message...if you or your attorney of record do not return this call I wish you good luck as the situation unfolds a***nst you...good bye and good luck". These are horrible people...per my attorney...THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

Yes this number is calling my place of employmet almost daily and will not stop!!!!!

This number had been constantly calling me. They are indian scammers they scammed me already. But are now calling me from this number.
