Reported ****up scammer (831)-316-8116 (No Name on Caller ID) that called from a T-Mobile mobile phone in Santa Cruz, CA on Wed. 10/15/14 at 6:29pm on my unlisted phone to DONOTCALL.GOV - Caller didn't leave a message & I never answer unexpected harassing calls since then I've had to call my phone provider 3 times to report my phone & Caller ID not working (wires crossed at box in Apt. Community) & reset Caller ID - finally fixed problem & harassing callers stopped - call phone repair technician to check outside hookup at box since I will disconnect my phone if this isn't fixed now.
