they tried the same with me i told them to get in line with everyone else trying to get money from me.. then they said i had to be at court the next day in cal.. i told them good luck with that.. i told them if they took me to court then all they would do is put i judgement on me and i have them already so another wasnt going to bother me, i more less called all there bluffs and ****ed them off...

First they called my work. They were very rude and would not give information about what company they were with. Then they called and left a voice mail on my cell phone and said they needed to get a hold of me right away about a legal matter and to not ignore this call because I would be sorry and wished me a blessed life. When I called them back they refused to tell me who the creditor was and transferred my call to read me and an affidavit; it stated that they would take me to criminal court and have me arrested. Then i ***g up because I was so angry and looked through all of my paperwork. I had no record of the "loan". I called them back a***n and told them to please not call my work and then asked them to please fax me the paperwork on the loan a***n they refused. I had my daughter look up the number for the D.A.'s office of Monterrey California, and I will be reporting them to the fraud division! Don't fall for their ****** games.

This is a scam! They called my elderly mother saying they were going to arrest her if she did not pay the $5000 loan that she NEVER got. I called them back and they did not speak barely any English and were very angry to me. Transferring me to the "affidavit legal department". Total scam. Had my mother so upset, worried that she would be arrested. They were trying to get her credit card information from her in order to steal all of her money. They also threatened to take all of her social security checks for the next 5 years! Don't fall for it!

Fake.. They said i'm been sue for 1145... unless i made a payment for a loan i never got.

I have received a number of calls from this number telling me that I owe money from a payday loan from November 2009. They said that I was being sued for check fraud and two other counts..I asked the Indian man with a very heavy accent who the company was he said Easypayusa.com whom I never heard of I asked how much they gave me he said it was an EFT I said Mr. Attorney I asked you how much not how it was done and he got very upset, I told him to do what he has to do I will see him in court.
