Who Called: Cabrillo College

They have been calling me every evening, without fail, between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm, they never leave a voicemail, and if I answer my cell phone, they disconnect immediately. If one calls the number back (831-477-3216), there is an outgoing message in english and spanish concerning Cabrillo College annual fund raiser, then call is terminated, not allowing one to leave a message.
