I called the number and it says United Recovery System.  I googled this, and it says they are a debt collector.  I spoke to a human, and asked why they were calling me (I know I don't have any past due bills).  They said they were looking for Patrick **X (my last name).  I told them he doesn't live here, and I don't know the person, so why are they calling me?  She said they were sear****g for Patrick, but had the wrong number and would no longer call.  That tells me they are calling everyone with Patrick's last name to search for him.I asked her what United Recovery Systems does, and all she would say is they 'handle personal financial matters'.  Collection agency that is throwing the widest net in an effort to get a lead on the person they are ***ting down.  Thats why they hide the fact that they are a collections agency in the caller ID - and never leave a message (a***nst the law inform others about your bad debt).

United Recovery Systems is a debt collection agency. The caller ID keeps coming up Santa Cruz, CA. 831 area code is CA. 832 area code is in the Houston area

Caller never leaves a message. When called the automated service said "United Recovery Systems"

Don't know who it is. But keeps calling and not leaving a message.
