this all are scammers they call from 0000 and every time gives different number i told them that i will sue they they told me that they are sueing but ***ody came yet

I just received a call from them as well.  The caller ID said "000" which alarmed me anyway. I got the same general message "...have you or your attorney to call us back at 831-531-4136", "....I'm Kevin Anderson, blah, blah, blah..."  I called back and did not get an answer they called back and I told them I tried to call them and I either got a busy signal or no answer.  He got frustrated and told me I was being brought up on criminal charges.  When I told them that I get a background check run on me every 30 days he got silent.  Then he s****ed to ramble off all of the "charges" I was being accused of.  I told him in the United States, I can request to have this sent to me in writing  and he said "Well, I will send them to you".  I was like really where are you going to send them?  If you are going to charge me and have me come to court, I have to be served and I have not been.  Needless to say I am glad that I read these posts because the type of job I currently have, I would have been one of the first to know that I was being charged with so****ing.

From what I was told by the woman on the phone, someone will be coming to my home to arrest me on Monday. Don't these people have anything better to do???

I wish these guys would call me. I love playing with them. I love to trick them into thinking they have me and then occupy their time and resources playing the fool.

I just receieved that EXACT same call from that number an hour ago. The man left a message on my voicemail and said that it was time-sensitive and that if I didn't call back or have my attorney call back he would just wish m "good luck." I called back and the woman who answered had a horrible at***ude and s****ed to yell at me. I proceeded to tell her that I was going to contact the police, which I did. Now, suddenly, no answer! I called this number back as the message that was left said it was a time sensitive matter and that they needed to hear back from me or my attorney. I spoke to a man with a heavy accent who told me I was being brought up on Federal Bank charges. I asked what charges and he s****ed to rattle them off. I interrupted after the first one asking him to repeat and he got angry and said if I interrupted a***n, he'd **** up and I would be arrested on Friday. I tried to say I was trying to hear and understand. Then he asked my phone number so he could pull up my records. I then said "wait, you were just reading me what I'm being charged with so don't you already know who I am?" He yelled for my number a***n and I said this is bull and he ***g up.I called back and asked the name of the company and he said First State Attorney Services. I have a feeling if I had of stayed on that call, he would have said my "problem" would go away for a fee. Federal Bank Charges! Ha! I don't even have a checking account and am as clean as they get! LOL
