Lawyer. My family member ha a suit here. He new my social security number, address, full name. All my information and my family member info.

Definitely SCAM! Tried to get me to "verify" my information. Told them I would not. I asked for the name of their company, phone number, adress, and their name. They would not provide me with anything but USAA Legal Firm. They stated that my name is attached to a court file. I asked them to provide me more information, however they would not. Said I was being disrespectful and defensive.

Spam.

Recording that claims a court case is being filed a***nst you. Clearly a scam.

Received recorded message and then pressed 1. It goes to a voicemail repeating the number. Any legitimate business, attorney's office or debt collector has to identify. As this number is not searchable, it is another scam from the honest state of California. With businesses closed and people on a stay home order, this speaks volumes.

Robocall says press 1 then ****s up. Call # back, man knows name and address, calls you a liar, swears at you, says “they are coming to get you”, won’t say who “they” are.
