keep getting a phone call from this number looking for someone we don't know. We've told the caller we don't know who they are looking for.

they keep calling me i say helo and no one is on the line so i let it go to answering ma****e and they dont leave a message

They googled my address and some how managed to get a phone number of someone running a home business in the same apartment house. My neighbors just happened to be out of the country and having their phone calls fowarded. They called them at least 4 times. This is highly illegal. This is all over a small paycheck of $200.00 that I took out a year ago and paid back on the agreed time and with the agreed interest.

They call, ask for people I've never heard of.  They say they will remove me from their list, but they call asking for a different name over and over a***n.  The same ****, "do you know this person" "are you sure you've never heard of them?" "what about a relative or a friend they may know"... I say, if I don't know the person, HOW DO I KNOW their friends or family?  STOP CALLING ME.  It never stops.

These people keep calling my phone and leaving a message for someone who is not me. They will not stop calling, and I do not know who they are, or what business they are in.

They've been harrassing me and I don't have any debt! They always ask for someone else. What losers.

Called and left a message in our agency's voicemail box, Jessica Markley at 8322094647, looking for two separate individuals who had used our business' number falsely.  Called and requested to be removed from their database, advised that the voicemail for a COMPANY should have been a $^*&^*&#$(@ clue!  They were rude and obnoxious about it.  Asked them to kindly remove our number from their database.  Have also filed an FTC complaint.  Encourage ANY caller who believes this "company" has violated their consumer rights (esp the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, FDCPA), can and SHOULD report them to both the FTC (google FTC complaint****ist, the online form will pop right up) and their states local attorney general.  I would also encourage anyone having to deal with these ****s to learn their rights under the FDCPA, send them a cease and desist letter certified mail return receipt requested, and take pictures of your caller id, save any voicemails (regardless of what state you are in, if they leave a voicemail they are "consenting" to be recorded) AND SUE THE PANTS OFF OF THEM!  I****ure, if they call a***n...we will be filing a lawsuit.

Received a call from 832-209-4647 asking for someone I know.  I asked who they were and they refused to provide me with any information.  Appears to be a debt collection agency looking for someone else.

Caller is calling for a person that doesn't live here. We've requested to be removed several times.

They called me yes****ay.  A very nasty man asked for someone, I told him you have the wrong number 5 times and then asked if I knew another name.  Ridiculous...I told him, you realize you're calling New Jersey and he said, " I know so what".  I told him to **** up..He finally did then I called back and spoke to a woman who said she would take my # off of their records.   Lets see.  the next step is to report them for haras*****t...

Not only was this an automated call, with the system taking almost 3 minutes of my time to actually get to ask who they are and who they are looking for, the resulting answering party thinks you called them.  I see the neophites from this collection agency missed the class for politeness, to boot.  Badgering and yelling is not allowed.  They should be fined.
