Good morning, this is Brian Baker in the legal dept. We are calling because you are being listed as an emergency contact for _______. If you have any information about their whereabouts please p*** this info or message to them. The purpose of this message is not intended to scare anyone but I can say it is very urgent and private matter.

Said he was verifying all my wages and accounts and calling my family and references for an application (that I never filled out) called from the same area code my number is under.

said name was brian. all ***ets and resources are being verified. shows spam calling. said application I submitted. I have not filled out NO applications.

Received two calls from this scammer, didn't answer either but he left a message about an application that I never filled out. Wanted to verify financial details, employment, and references. Obviously a scam.

Verifing my personal information and babk accounts from an application I submitted (never have). I called and the receptionist told me the name really fast and when asked to repeat it she did and it was so fast yiu couldn’t catch it. But the is was COS services. When I asked what kinda of company is this… she hung up on me.

Contacted my son as listed emergency contact for me. Told them to send me tangible proof of whatever they were trying to get from me and they hung up.

That I owe money, wages, employment and references are being checked and they are now calling family members

Call was to notify me they are checking my resources. The phone numbers they call from are fake. They use the same area code you're in.

Same as everyone else:

Wanted to speak to my wife over a legal matter, but would not give me the physical address of their office.

POS and they refused to provide a website and what they were calling for and another number called 1-855-204-4304 refused to answer any questions and talking about seeing me in court. The voicemails are not setup and it sounds like a scam!!!

He is verifying wages etc.

Called my parents phone number that was just update in 2018 saying they were listed as an emergency contact and that it for a loan taken in 2012. I googled the number and I was sent to this site and it was a scam.

This message is solely intended for (spouse name). Your wages source of income and ***ets are being verified. All info that you provided on your application, would also include references place of employment, or listed business contacts all will be contacted immediately. I was trying to see who they were. Afterwards I was called an ***hole and a ****ing liar.

He left a message, saying that my wages and ***ets are being verified and for me ti call him back to hear my side of the story

Same as others have stated, except the call was for my father-in-law who p***ed away several years ago and we didn't even talk to.

Basically same as above, verifying my wages, federal law don't allow me to leave details. Call me back for your side of the story.

Claimed to be calling on behalf of Jarrod Pitts, and exes former husband.

They called twice and left the same prerecorded messages as listed on here. I tried to call back, and they got all hostile when I told them this was an obvious scam. All they said was good luck and hung up on me.

Left a message saying saying my income was being verified and to talk to a Quest 1.

It says he’s calling to hear my side of the story, that he’s with the federal law.

The same thing as above, but I owed like $2000 and they were setting a court date for September 27. It freaked me out that I even pulled my credit report.

David Dorsey left a voicemail saying income ***ets are being verified. I called the number back spoke to some woman with foreign accent stated her last name is Gonzales. She said a lending bears is attempting to file a claim to garnish wages. Idk what company that is and she became defensive when I said I’m not confirming address because I don’t trust this

Said they have my wages and ***ets being valued and that before anything is filed, they wanted to get my side of the story. And because of Federal Law, couldn't leave any details on my voicemail. But that I should Press 1 and ask to speak with David Dorsey.

Called and gave my maiden name said something about my wages, etc and before he preceded to file wanted to hear my side of the story.

It says he’s calling to hear my side of the story, that he’s with the federal law. I didn’t know WTH he was talking about, but good thing I googled that number, because now I see here it’s a scam!

Wage garnishment

First she had my last name from an old marriage. She was calling from a drbt collector. And they wanted to find if I was home to serve a judgment of garnishment of my wages got $2000. The company I owed money to I never heard off. A judgment against my social security. Total scam!
