Apparently they have a Do Not Call registration page.  Not sure how effective it is or why they require name and address, so I talked to someone over their chat and he claims he added me to their DNC list.Time will tell... if not, I'll draft a complaint myself and file it in a local Ohio court.  Let them come here to defend themselves. I suggest you all do the same.

Hello,This seems to be from Global Telelinks Prepaid Mobile service. They seem to be calling regarding their services but if you ask them not to call they still do.I am investigating this with my lawyer to make sure people do not get this service any more. I think I read somewhere this is a scam - they get you on and try to engage in a conversation - the longer they keep you on the more money they can scam - so****ing about charging your cell bill some crazy amount per minute.  Don't call it back...

that's what i was expecting that when im gonna search for this number there'll be a whole lot of ppl looking for the iden***y these guys from global whatever it is they are constantly calling from different area codes or states of USA n ive received calls several times n said them no but still they keep on calling its so annoying specially when u  r at work n then u keep on guessing who called you up

some guy from Global Tele (apparently) calls on holidays at my home office number and doesn't even have the courtesy of explaning how the number could be taken off their calling list when requested. he cant speak proper english and appears as though he is calling to sell calling services to India.such guys and the companies they work for should be penalized for such annoying conduct.thx

Been getting a call from this number for quite a while now.  Finally answered it but said nothing when I picked up.  After about 5 seconds, a young man came on the line and asked if I would be interested in a good rate to call India.  I said no, and that was it.  Hope that stops it but I doubt it.

Cool got it.. lil bit more search on internet, gave info about this number :).. Looks like this number is one of the access numbers from global Telelinks prepaid mobile service.Now since you are getting call from this number, either somebody is trying to call you or it might be a promotional call..check this out..https://www.ipphoneglobal.com/usa/accessnos.asp

Same Here - No clue who. Google Search on the number led to this page.

I'm getting them as well.  They seem to come from Houston, but I can't find any more info.

I'm constantly getting a call from this number with no voicemail.
