They are scam.

This very threatening people i also received a same call from them. They said i took loan from them if i will not pay it then they will arrest me.so i paid $725 before couple of month but now i do know that this is scam so i want my money back from them.don't pay anything to them.

I had this Very same call from these people, the had all my information which I am very concerned about. When i called back the guy was raising his voice at me and I told him not to he then ***g up and called me a ****** man. I will contact my back and let them know what is going on on this..They stated that I owe money and that if I do not get it taken care of today they would file a lawsuit. The person who called is Jackie Winters, but then when I called back his name was Michael. I am reporting them to the BBB and if they are ready this, if I ever find you I will cut you a new A hole, no one speaks to a veteran that way..

I am being harrassed at work by these people with no idea what it is regarding.  I need this to stop

I received the same call and he said his name was Jackie Winters, gave a return #832-327-7412. He could not give me an account number or when I got this "loan". He said I owed $632 and he would take further actions. He knew my address and who I banked with. He tried to confirm that info but I refused. This just happened today and I am contacting my bank.

These people call me all the time at work and will not STOP!!!!  Does anyone have a way to get them to stop calling my work?

WATCH OUT.....this SO CALLED company called several times but the number that came up on my cell phone was 052-562-926 they claimed to be Ace Notification Agency a collection company they many threatening phone calls saying if I didn't call back they didn't know what would happen to my job or my house or what other legal actions would happen to me if I didn't call them back.  When I did call them back they were very rude.  I asked them to send me so****ing showing my debt and I was told that they would do that after I paid it in full.  Then asked them who the debt was from and they said pre-cash advance which I've never of.  This man Jackie Winters then asked me to fax a letter in my writing saying I was allowing them to debt my account when I told them I didn't have a fax and would need an address to send it to them he became very upset and would not give it to me.  I asked if they were listed with the better business bureau and he said yes, as I continued to talk to him I goggled it and they were not listed with them when I told him that he said "Oh I meant no".  I also goggled their number under the businesses listed in Houston Texas (Where they said they were located) and nothing comes up.  watch out for these scammers THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!

Got a call from this number. No voice message left.
