Way to go Mr. Black!!  Since this blog was entered on Oct 16th, I can only****ume you did not get paid the money as they had PROMISED...  and possibly they are blaming it on the fact that you have embarrassed them publicly online?  sounds familiar.

Received a call from Jim Crenshaw. Claimed to represent Rothman & Wise and working with Liz Garcia. Claimed I owed money to their client. Indicated he and "the judge" would file federal and state criminal and civil charges a***nst me. Threatened to disrupt the peace of my family, friends and neighbors. Identified other businesses I am involved with. The script he used is nearly identical to the information written by the contributor listed above this entry, Kay. Same word usage and clear attempt to intimidate. When I spoke with Liz Garcia (she called) I indicated that ***** Crenshaw had threatened my family. All she said was "Good. You just have to deal. Now send me the money you owe." These idiots are thieves, *****s and spineless chichens__ts operating outside the law. I would invite each of the slimmy *******s to my place and show them what intimidation can really mean.

Our business received a voicemail message from this number, a man identified himself as "JIM CRENSHAW"(sp) Private Investigator licensed in the state of MO. He did not identify the company he worked with or for. He did not state the reason for his call. The message began with the sound of his voice as if he were speaking with someone else, saying "there, there, thats the house, thats where we need to be" as if he was right outside our door at 7:20 in the morning. Trying to be intimidating right off the bat. He then launched into a ridiculous tirade on filing for access to personal and business banking records,****ets, etc.. Needless to say, he went on to state he would be "visiting" or "contacting" friends and family...Not once did he identify the company he was with, or what the debt was or that he was even calling about a debt. Because our company is currently insolvent, and we have informed all our creditors of our wish to make payment arrangements with them rather than **** them off with a bankruptcy filing...this guy is way off the mark.After resear****g the phone number he left with the name LIZ GARCIA (but no company name) I found it was Rothman and Wise. We are not intimidated by JIM CRENSHAW...but if we do receive further harrasment from this firm, will take recorded voicemail to proper authority for review and filing of formal complaint.

Rothman & Wise is a fraudulent company based out of Houston Texas.  They call asking for any outstanding invoices that you may have in order to get them paid.  The problem is that when it coms to getting your money from them, they do not pay nor will they ever pay you.  IT is a SCAM!!!!  THey are all liars and thieves working there.  THey have stopped taking my calls or returning my emails.  I have contacted both the state of Texas attorney general's office as well as the FBI about them.  DOnt trust them.  THe owner, Leonard Rothman will tell you exactly what you want to hear until it comes to paying you your part of the money that was collected.  And the worst thing is, the only thing you can do about it  is sue them legally in civil court.    DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

The firm is called Rothman and Wise. They collected a couple of accounts for me last year. Maybe your partner owes the money????

Called to say that I was 90 days late on a loan ($3,000.00) I took out under my landscaping name and with my partner in landscaping ( Brooks Landscaping). I don't know no landscaping in this area with that name and I work on my own, have no partners. They called me by my nick name which only my friends & family call me by. All credit cards I apply for I use my real name which they were not able to tell me what it was or the credit card company they were collecting for. There's only one place I can think of that they got my info that's my profile on my ****e.
