Scammer keeps calling so I Saved the Number to my cell phone contacts. I then set the ring,for that number only to NO RING. Now I don't hear the ring form the scammer anymore.

I am sick of these *****s c****ing their numbers and continue to try and pull thi scam. Just because you annoy the **** out of me an c****e your number, does not mean I will fall for this. I do not answer block their number go through a bunch of BS to try and stop this, but they just keep on calling. Love how they got my cell phone number!

Very simple....if you don't recognize the number, especially out of state, don't answer! I had some s***bag spammers constantly calling from Oregon, but quite some time ago I stopped picking up and they went away!!

These people are nothing more than common criminals with with a complete disregard for the law and they have no reason to be civil. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services. Civil action by the FTC a***nst such criminals is totally ineffective. These criminals need to be charged with Federal Felonies and subjected to significant jail time. All of those involved know that they are violating FTC regulations. The FTC prohibits unsolicited calls for any kind of debt / interest rate reductions which require up front fees. The FTC levies huge fines, then rescinds them based on inability to pay. The FTC settles for the minimal cash on hand, and enjoins them from future "telemarketing". The criminals sign off, then go right back to business. The entire operations are clearly criminal, intent to defraud, etc, and should be dealt with in criminal court and not by civil actions.

I accidentally answered a number this morning and got that recording we all know so well. I promptly ***g up. But then they called a***n from this number, twice, but I haven't answered because I know it is probably them a***n. Sure enough....

Didn't answer because I know no one in Houston and no message was left.
