Claimed to be Harris County Sheriff dispatch office with papers. I have no legal matters nor do I have any debt owed past due

Will I be home to be served papers, never said why, and the calls will continue.

They were going to proceed legally because the certified mail they sent was returned and I did not respond them. I called the guy back and gave him my attorney's number and told him to take it with her. Total SCAM!!!

I need to call a legal firm about papers that need to be served a***nst me and even give a case number. You call the number and it ask you to press 1 for your language automatically. I'm not going to press any number. I have no legal issues that I know of and a processor would not call you. Be aware!!!!

It sounds like the typical spam call. They use general terms like "an issue, we, the firm". For legit matters people mention the business, the matter, they introduce themselves, etc. It's a scam! Blocked and done!
