Civil matter . I have no legal issue!

They were going to proceed legally because the certified mail they sent was returned and I did not respond them. I called the guy back and gave him my attorney's number and told him to take it with her. Total SCAM!!!

I need to call a legal firm about papers that need to be served against me and even give a case number. You call the number and it ask you to press 1 for your language automatically. I'm not going to press any number. I have no legal issues that I know of and a processor would not call you. Be aware!!!!

She was very very nasty. She said if we didn’t pay they were taking my house??

It sounds like the typical spam call. They use general terms like "an issue, we, the firm". For legit matters people mention the business, the matter, they introduce themselves, etc. It's a scam! Blocked and done!
