Calls and doesn’t leave a message.

Think it is Conn's. I have excellent credit, but if you are one day late with a payment they violate consumer finance protection laws, FCC and Consumer Rights by contacting customers for collection efforts and not leaving a message. Calling 5 times a day. This particular instance I answered the call in the middle of work day. They have an automated system that asks you to confirm you are the person. It took too long and had very urgent business call come through. So I had to **** up. I remained crazy busy back to back calls on commercial real estate transactions. I did not answer the next 6 times from different numbers. Today early we made the payment 2 days late. They continue to call c****ing numbers as if it will make you answer bcz avoiding them. 6 times a day is harassment. I will not ever do business with them ever a***n. I deal with Credit Finance Laws and Credit. They have to leave a message regarding call and all finance has 30 day grace period for report credit.
