this number has called my phone now i can not receive any calls nor can i call anyone.

This number called my home. I do not answer the phone when I do not know the caller. Caller did not leave a message. Since I am on no call list, no telemarketer should call my number. I tried to call back, but this number cannot be called.

A recorded message wanted me to press 1 to get a student loan.
