Number leaves a voicemail icon on my phone and when called it asks for a password then says account is locked, but the thing is that this number isn't even my voicemail number!!

YES THIS IS AN OFFICIAL HACKER! This number was attached to my call for***ing. Could not remove. INTERCEPTING ALL MY CALLS! KNEW I WASNT THAT UNPOPULAR! I looked up owner Hispanic male mid 30s in Houston was first up.
