Leave a CommentA very thck accented man and woman keep calling me from this number stating my social security number has an affadavit pending. They are rude, threatening, and liars. The woman stated she was an attorney. They are constantly harrassing me about a payday loan that inever took out. how do i find out who this is and how do i report them? Please help me they are s****ing to harass me at work now too.
These guys are still active. My wife and I thought the message they left was hilarious, with heavy Indian accent, "Hello we are calling for Adrian Rrbooktukucho...", could only understand 40% of what he said, the word SSN was definitely in there, left a different call back number than the one Caller ID listed. Many thanks to the person who included the company name "Kivilighan", Google shows other numbers they've used in the past, and many many complaint****tra-legal and worse than the car warranty expired scam from 2009.
I got a called from the same 832-519-8180 number. He had a thick Indian or accent, and he demanded that I owed him $5000 dollars. I toId him that I had an attorney to represent me in court, so he said, "I will see you in court. You will owe me more than $5,000" and quickly ***g up before I could respond.
I've s****ed putting them on hold...it's amazing how long they will sit on hold....if they want to waste my time....I'll waste theirs too....
Wow this same guy called me too.
I had a Jason James call me concercning some affividat they wanted to sue me on and talking about internet fraud. I called back to speak with this gentleman and he ***g up in my face. Very unprofessional. This company claims they are a law firm but really is a fraud themselves. Beware of this company.
I got a call today on with this company and they claim they were going to sue. You could not understand what the***** they were saying and just kept saying they will see me in court ****. Beware of these fake scaming creeps.
who is this company and how did they get my social security number
I am having the same thing happening to me. Thick accent Indian or Middle East sounding. Says they have an affidavit and threatening to throw me in jail or possible harm to my property. I did get a paper that is supposed to be an affidavit and it is as phoney as can be. I work with legal affidavits and this is not legal. This same man calls both my cell # and my work #. He calls from 3 different #'s all all from different areas of the country. So beware that you may s**** geting different #s calling you.
I submitted an application online and have been receiving harrassing phone calls from a man with a horrible Indian accent who claims I owe him $300. This man calls my phone every hour on the hour.
Middle easter accent - called me and my parents - typical threats of arrest and "trouble"

I have been recieving the same calls - at work. I don't know who these people are or how they got my information, but have talked to security and will fill out a police report.
My husband has been getting calls from this same number and they are threating to put him in jail and have his job fire him. They call his work too and threating his boss that one of their employers does not pay their loans off. The guy says his name is **Jason James** and that he is with **Kivilighan Law Firm** and also gave us an address of 66 Commerce Suite 44 Fortworh, Texas. The address comes up as a court house, LOL! This guy has an accent as if he is from the Middle East, but my husband believes he has talked to 2 different guys. He gets demanding and ****s up, but calls back. He knows my husband SSN, but has my checking acct number. Its pretty scary! I have contact my local police department, my local Secret Services, and FTC. Im going to the bank to c****e my checking acct number and I will also contact all the major credit report companies so they can put a red flag on my husbands SSN. This is not fair to people who work hard and have to be threatened at work. Its embarrassing, even when you didnt do it. Im just glad my husband didnt give them any money. Hope this helps someone else.
This thick-accented man calls and asks for an employee that is not in. He wants his cell number and I say no. He calls and ****s up about 10 times in a row. The 11th time, he says take my name and number and have him call back. This repeats and repeats.
These guys have been calling me stating a lawsuit and they have my SSN stating they obtained from my IP address which I never gave to anyone.
These people keep calling my work number and stating that they have an affidavit a***nst my social security number and they are going to move forward with this affidavit. I also had fraud with my checking account and they put charges from a CLICKWIT company, they are nothing but scam be very careful!!!
