Wanted a friendly person
Recieved a call saying they were a process server and were going to obtain my signature at my home or place of employment between 3-5. I called the number back with the "case number" and they said I defaulted on a credit card from 2010 and that they would allow me to settle to stay out of court but if I tried to dispute it I would have to pay the whole amount and court fees. Scam!
Just know this call is bull****. If anyone ever threatens you over the phone with legal action from an unknown caller, ask them if they ever sucked ****. Regardless of their answer, tell them that if they ever show up to your address or your place of work, they will suck a **** that very moment.
A woman who states she is a process server and going to your home or work to deliver legal papers to you. Losers
Received call from number 000-000-0000. Left message from Renee Harris stating was calling in regard to a process server and left a number to call back. Called number back and was talking about a creditor from 2010 that was suing. Said would be serving papers. Said could avoid if I paid an amount for a payment plan. They said would serve papers to an address I had ten years ago. I said good luck I don't live there any longer. They said was my responsibility to update my address. I asked why would I call a creditor I had ten years ago on a closed account to update my address? They then asked for my credit card number. I said I don't know you, you haven't even given me the name of your company. There is no way I am giving you my credit card number over the phone! I said I haven't even gotten any correspondence. They said they would E-mail me. What? No written correspondence? What's next? Telling me you're a foreign prince willing to share lottery winnings? He said name of company was National Dispute Resolution. I said that sounds like the fakest name I ever heard. I looked it up later and there is only one company by that name and it is in the UK. After I refused to give my credit card number, he said could not proceed with resolution and a process server would be by tomorrow between 3 and 5 with a county sheriff. I asked if he even knew what county I lived in and he hung up. When I did a white pages search (this is a land line number) came up with the following message: No name associated with this number We have names for almost 500 million US numbers (and we're adding more all the time), so it's impressive that you found one we don't have.
I received a call from Andrea Chapmen. Process server lookin to serve papers. I call the number she left. Spoke with Daniel Chapmen for information. The SS# he gave me was not mine. He told me I was Lying and he gave me no information. Not sure what to make of this.
Received two calls back to back, from an unknown number, from two different people. The calls came in within seconds of each other. Both used this call back number. Both are "process servers" trying to get my signature on legal documents. They would be sending someone to my current home address or place of employment the following day.........
