Leave a CommentIt's a call forwarding trap, so they will redirect every1 who calls your # and charge the $3.89 every time. To cancel if it's a cell phone just dial *720. For home phone dial 73# . That's how I fixed mine, though those losers probably charged about $30 total b4 I noticed the problem.

i too also recevied the same call a sgt garcia badge # 3535 prect 4i too got a recording.
I received a toll call from 713-507-0987 regarding "someone" in Harris county jail who listed me as a phone contact; I called *721-832-921-3389 to speak to "SGT Garcia, badge #3535" and received a recording. I'm reporting this to ATT.
