This is a scam to get money

Called me twice now and my husband once, which indicates stalking. I am looking into attorneys who prosecute scammers like Maggie Miller. Keeps staring the same thing the others complain about concerning coming to my home between 3 and 5, legal do***ent papers that need my signature. I really dare them to call me a***n, they will be served papers. $1,000.00 per call, plus stalking charges.

Stated they were a contracted independent courier that has been tasked with serving me papers & that they will be making several attempts that will require a signature at my home tomorrow between 3-5 or my work after if not home. Left a filing party's number as 832-926-5558 and file number. Used a last name I haven't had in 22 years, stated it was credit card from 2012-2017, not possible.

Said they were coming out between 3and5 tomorrow for my signature I don’t even live in TX anymore

Made threatening remarks about coming to my home and job. I am considering filing police report and possible do***ents that will require HER signature. If she wants to stop by between 3 and 5 and meet my protective dog, she's more than welcome. I can't control him. He's still a puppy.

They would serve papers that need signature. Will need to see ID. They will come to my job if I'm not available at home.

Stated it was a legal message for a delivery by them scheduled for the following day and would be considered a direct refusal to comply is I did not sign. Have a case number and this number as the the Referenced phone number.
