Contacted 833-201-8681. Spoke with Clara about an unrecognized charge of $19.00 on my credit card. Clara is located in ***gary, and says the the TotalAV HQ is located in the UK. However, she didn't have a telephone number for the HQ. She further stated that Total AV has no physical presence in the US. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will send a hard copy letter to my State Attorney General's office.
Received a call from Total AV (Antivirus Protection). Charged my credit card $19.00. I have no knowledge of this company. Unable to bring up their website at totalav.com.
