Person by the name of "Kevin Jones" called stating that he was a process server and was coming ot my house between the hours of 3 & 5 to serve me with legal do***ents. If I wasnt there, he would attempt to serve me at my place of employment and would need a Supervisor or security to sign off as a witness. If all attempts are failed, it would be taken as a direct refusal and I'd miss my court date with the proceeding continuing on without me. Told me to call the "filers" office if I wanted to reach out at 833-435-7936. Sounds like a scam. He calls from an Unknown number.
