Leave a CommentThey say I have a payday loan defaulted for a lender I have never used. They read an incorrect SS# to me, and when I informed them it was wrong, they said it didn't matter. The man named Nicholas, who claims there are no supervisors in the call center, continued to interrupt me and talk over me. I tried to have him verify more information, but he refused. Now, they have blocked my number after several attempts to speak to someone other than Nicholas, who also berated me for calling during a weekday. Don't give these people ANY information.

Whoever answers say this is a mediation firm. When you ask a question what do they mediate for, they hang up. On the fourth call, the said that they are a pre-illegal mediation group and want your name. If you don't provide a name, they hang up.
