Complete ****. Called extended family members who’s names were pulled off a Spokeo report, some of the family they have called are married into the fam, but carry my last name so they show up on my intelius searches, but they aren’t close super family members...the caller clearly just went down the list of relatives on a Spokeo search and s****ed calling. They claim to be filing litigation a***nst me. It is literally a fake debt collector who got peoples info from old payday loan applications , which I did like 10 years ago. . .and paid off.. . Anyway...it’s a SCAM.

Hey someone left me this message: Hey Andrew this is Jeff O'Brien contacting you in regards to a claim that's going to be filed under the name ****** know by law I need to make you aware I want to claim number 204**x is filed it will become a matter of public record and there will be an order of location scheduled now this claim is actually being filed a***nst ****x _⁠_⁠_ we were rea****g out to you as a point of contact because it is a matter of public record _⁠_ your name is somehow deleted with their claim now Miss **** does still have the legal right to contact the filing party however once the claim is discharged from their office that will no longer be an option it's unfortunate because we don't even know if she's aware of what's taking place if you speak with _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_ would be in their best interest to contact the office immediately before all legal rights are forfeited the number to contact is 833-847-0807 referencing claim number 204280 this is a legal notification by telephone and will be do***ented on the claim
